FELDENKRAIS LESSOSNS

Flexible body - Flexible mind

Movement and awareness group classes along with gentle individual hands-on sessions, enable you to rediscover yourself and do what you want in life with pleasure and no effort.

Ortal offers lessons for people of all ages and abilities who wish to improve their posture and flexibility or refine their skills in athletics or the performance arts. For those experiencing restrictions in movement and pain and are looking for ways to move and function more easily and comfortably again.

Ortal's passion for helping people learn how to move easily despite any difficulty or limitation, originates from her own personal experience.  Born with developmental dislocation of the hip (DDH), she was treated with harness, brace and cast, and was eventually operated. it was only when she became acquainted with the Feldenkrais method, she learned to connect to herself, listen to her body and work with it peacefully.

People report that the changes they experience are not only motoric, but reflect an improvement in their well being and personal growth.
