FELDENKRAIS

Awareness Through Movement (ATM)

Group lessons (Awareness Through Movement) – where my voice invites you to explore and expand your own abilities to move, sense and learn.

The structure of the lessons creates an organic learning process where old habits can easily be replaced with new skills and a new sense of awareness.

One of the most interesting things about group lessons, is that the students learn to explore their movement possibilities and their body parts organization using sensation and attunement, and by doing so they constantly improve their self-awareness and curiosity without imitating, as I don't provide demonstrations, but only verbal instructions in order to create an inner change.

Group lessons using the Feldenkrais method are revolutionary movement and awareness sessions for anyone who wishes to go back to natural movement, explore possibilities, enhance proprioception and connection to one’s self.
