In individual lessons (Functional Integration) – you receive hands-on guidance in a non-verbal dialogue to discover integrated, intuitive and functional movements.

These Personalized hands-on lessons are suitable for people who need support with a particular interest or difficulty.

How does a session go?  In the beginning, we discuss what you would like to improve and together discover the way you move in various situations, noticing what might make you experience difficulties. The next stage of exploration will occur while you lie on a low table, receiving gentle touch guiding you through performing new and more comfortable ways of moving. The intention is to sense and encourage the entire body to function as a whole in harmony.

To help you assimilate the discoveries and new learning into your daily life, it is advisable that you continue practicing at home some attentive movements.
